All barrels are made from rifle grade (GBQ-Gun Barrel Quality) 416R stainless steel.
These barrels are all double stress relieved during the manufacturing process to eliminate any shift of point of impact during prolonged firing.
They are button rifled 1/16 twist with 8 grooves. Land and groove dimensions were specifically chosen to deliver Olympic level accuracy over a wide variety of shooting temperatures which is important in countries with cold winters. Part of our testing involved getting
These barrels are all honed on our Sunnen 1600w horizontal barrel hone. It is the ONLY barrel hone of its kind in the country. It can maintain barrel dimensions to within .0001 - .0002" from end to end, which makes these barrels EXTREMELY consistent .22LR barrels.

The Turkish walnut stock has an American-style comb for use with a scope and a wide, flat forend that rides a sandbag well. Laser-cut stippling gives grip fore and aft.

If we were to pick one thing that our previous rimfire platforms were lacking, it was an American-style push-to-fire safety — something Hunter’s Education instructors and 4-H shooting coaches have begged us to incorporate for years. Though that was the most obvious change, we also took the opportunity to tweak a load of small things at the same time. In addition to the receiver-mounted, push-to-fire safety, we chopped almost an inch of length from the action and slab-sided it to reduce its footprint and weight.
